By purchasing any music product from the ScaredCat Music website, you (hereafter referred to as “the Licensee”) are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (hereafter referred to as the “EULA”). If you do not agree to any of the terms, you may not use our products and services.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved exclusively by the Licensor.

• The Licensee (one only) may use the music purchased legitimately from this site for its intended purpose. It may also be used on personal music media players in a non-commercial place or capacity. When purchasing a subscription or individual music tracks from ScaredCat Music, the Licensee receives the right to download any music from the site and use tracks for their individual projects, which can then be presented publicly through online platforms, TV and social media, but ONLY in its original context and form.
• This EULA expressly forbids the resale, repackage, copying, sharing, duplication, distribution, modification, lending or otherwise transferring or transmitting of any of the products on this site. Only the original purchaser has the right to use the product. Any promotion of ScaredCat Music products as someone else’s creation and work other than the Licensor’s is prohibited.
• The Licensee may not use any part of ScaredCat Music tracks within any competitive products, or do anything that might prejudice the interest of ScaredCat Music.
• Use in any way of ScaredCat Music tracks and products for the purposes of AI generative training or similar use is strictly prohibited. No automated or robotic system can access or mine the site for information or tracks.
• The contents of this website and all products provided here, including trademarks and logos, service marks, brands and trade names, are protected by UK and international copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised use thereof is strictly prohibited. Infringement of copyright may subject the Licensee to civil and criminal penalties.
• The Licensee may access track cover art only for music for which they are the lawful owner of a legal copy. The Licensee may not use cover art or design in a manner that would infringe or violate this Agreement or the rights of ScaredCat Music and its affiliates.
• The Licensee agrees that ScaredCat Music holds no liability in respect of any claims made in relation to or arising out of this agreement.
• This EULA is non-transferrable; all terms and usage applies to one individual user/Licensee only.
• Breach of this EULA and/or website terms and conditions will result in the Licensee being liable to the Licensor for any claim arising out of this breach. The Licensor’s membership and access to the site and associated products will also be terminated with no fee refunds (if applicable).
• This EULA and the use of the service is governed by English law.
