This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the undersigned subscriber (“Subscriber”) and [Company Name] (“Company”) as of the date of acceptance by the Company. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Subscriber will receive access to the Company’s services, products, or other deliverables as described below.
1. Subscription Term
