• You are authorised to use ScaredCat Music products for personal use, as long as the products have been purchased legitimately.
• You are responsible for backing up your own PC and media systems and for the care of the ScaredCat Music products you have purchased.
• You hereby agree to indemnify the company and any affiliated businesses for any loss, liabilities, damage, dispute, loss of profit or payment or reflective costs incurred (such as legal fees) that have arisen due to your use, misuse or breach of the ScaredCat Music website and/or products and associated terms.
• ScaredCat Music may notify you with respect to the service and products available, and any promotions it may offer its members, via email contact.
• ScaredCat Music may provide links to third party websites as a convenience to you and enhancement to the service. You agree that ScaredCat Music is not responsible for examining, verifying or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third party materials or websites, nor have any liability or responsibility for their products and services or your use of their websites and materials.

TERMS OF SALE

• You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase through the ScaredCat Music website, and payment will be settled via appropriate online payment methods before download or purchase order is completed and accepted.
• You are required to provide your email address when purchasing from this site, and when subscribing to our Member Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the service and will update this information when necessary to keep it accurate and complete. Any personal information of this kind is used solely for ScaredCat Music administrative purposes, and for communication between ScaredCat Music and you. Please see ‘Privacy’ for further details.
• You have the right to withdraw from a transaction without charge or reason until you have submitted the ‘Pay Now’ function button, at which point your transaction is final and liable to relevant purchase costs. You will not have a right to cancel this purchase contract once download commences.
  Payment is completed through online transactions via the secure Payment Gateway payment purchase system. ScaredCat Music and its affiliates are not responsible for any issues with the acceptance of your payment card.
• Once you download a product from the ScaredCat Music website, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy or damage it. All products are non-refundable, unless you have received an unacceptably poor download at time of purchase, which needed to have been reported at the time for a refund to be considered or potentially apply.
• To report a problem such as a faulty download, you need to email ScaredCat Music at time of purchase.
• If a product becomes unavailable following a transaction but prior to download, the most likely remedy will be a refund of the price paid for the unavailable product. If technical problems prevent delivery of your chosen product, you will be offered either a replacement product or a refund, as determined by ScaredCat Music third-party.
• ScaredCat Music does not provide refunds or price protection in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering subsequent to purchase.
• In relation to the purchase of ScaredCat Music products, neither the company nor any of its affiliates accepts any liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (such as loss of data, profit, revenue or business, whether direct or indirect), however caused.
• Termination of subscription to ScaredCat Music will result in all rights and License terms granted to the Licensee automatically expiring. No further use of or access to any products of ScaredCat Music will be permitted after the termination date. Termination date will be taken as the date of the final billing transaction; until this date, the Licensee can continue to use products in line with the EULA and terms and conditions of use.

This is to enhance your ScaredCat Music experience and our service to you, and provide you with the opportunity to benefit from any promotions we may offer.
